I can create custom blends and sprays if you are looking for something I do not stock, in fact this is how a couple of my blends evolved, from customer input and request. 

Roll-on blends can be used as frequently as you need, roll them onto your pulse points, chest, wrists, back, belly and soles of the feet. 

Essential Oils are absorbed into the skin through the epidermal layers, areas with thinner epidermal layers, areas rich in sebaceous glands, sweat glands and hair follicles prove to be the best areas for transdermal absorption of Essential Oils into the body. Wrists, neck, face, scalp, chest and soles of the feet are best for application. Within 15 minutes the Essential Oils are entering the blood stream, with peak amounts traceable at 30 minutes, then metabolised by the body after. When Essential Oils are absorbed into the body it allows the body to benefit from the therapeutic aspects on a cellular level.
